Today i tried to meditate for twenty minutes. I sat doown on the floor of my bedroom, closed the door and turned off any electronic device that would distract my thoughts. I started really focused and my and i wasable to think but after that I started worrying about the homework dew next class and and of other things. But then i could focus a bit more and i felt like if i was actually meditating. my breaths were slow and time went by very slow, in my thoughts i thought of what happens in my life and how i could be more gracefull towards the people who have helped me, i think i should start appreciating other more and to help others
Meditating has been an interesting experience for me and its very relaxing.
